MADHURI VENTURE ensures rigorous quality control. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or leaking product, you may raise a request for a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery with photographic verification.

Replacement products are dispatched immediately once our quality team verifies the claim. Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 6 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are credited via NEFT/UPI bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted prior to warehouse dispatch. If an order has already shipped, standard transit returns will apply.
